Mr. Tomlinson completed his undergraduate studies at Ryerson University. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce. He is an alumnus of Osgoode Hall Law School and a past president of the Black Law Students Association (Osgoode Hall Chapter).
Mr. Tomlinson completed his articles at a boutique bankruptcy & insolvency litigation firm on Bay Street.
Upon being called to the bar, Mr. Tomlinson gained an interest in criminal defence litigation. He started his journey in the area of criminal law by working for a sole practitioner in Brampton, Ontario.
Mr. Tomlinson remains committed to serving his community. He is passionate about economic empowerment initiatives and is dedicated to mentoring marginalized youth.
When not in court, you can find Mr. Tomlinson out supporting community events, capturing street art through photography or coaching his RED SWARM youth basketball team at a local gym.
