Mr. Tomlinson earned a bachelor’s degree in business commerce from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University).
He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he served as president of the Black Law Students Association.
He completed his articles at a boutique bankruptcy and insolvency firm on Bay Street.
After being called to the bar, Mr. Tomlinson shifted to criminal defence litigation, gaining experience with a sole practitioner in Brampton, ON before founding his own law practice, TOMLAW Professional Corporation.
He is deeply committed to his community, focusing on economic empowerment and mentoring marginalized youth.
Outside of work, he enjoys supporting local events, street art photography, and coaching youth basketball.
